Applications for the new edition of the program that rewards the best bartender in Italy have been extended to 31 December 2021.
Good news for all the talented barlady and bartender of Italy, registrations to the 3rd edition of the reality tv dedicated to the world of mixing have been extended to 31 December 2021! By that date, all aspiring competitors of legal age will be able to submit their application to access the casting, from which will be selected the 14 official participants who will enter in the live of the race and who will have to, So, challenge each other to win the title of Best Bartender in Italy and win a prestigious Master in Mixology!

Also this year, the TV format, conceived and produced by Expì, and broadcast on Sky and on numerous national air stations, will provide that, at each stage, the selected participants see their creativity and skill in the art of mixing, they will be put to the test through adrenaline challenges and demonstrations to leave with bated breath. Not only that, what more than anything will decide the winner will be the talent in the development and application of the principles of food pairing, that is one of the most innovative trends of recent years that consists in the ability to skillfully mix flavors and ingredients to obtain a cocktail that matches perfectly with a dish.
To judge three exceptional professionals: Jonathan Di Vincenzo, nationally known bartender and brand ambassador of important brands, who will evaluate taste, homemade preparation, garnish and choice of ingredients for the realization of cocktails; Spiridione Ripaldi, specialist of events dedicated to bartending and mixology that will examine the style and technique; Tomas Marfella, young chef of great talent, who will express himself on the combination of drinks designed and made by the challengers, to the dishes he proposes.
